Exec Digital, an online publication that profiles C-level executives, lifestyle, and trends, announced today their plans of releasing an iPad application in Q1 of 2011.
The monthly magazine highlights top business news and features the latest in luxury products, gadgets and travel destinations, keeping executives informed while at the forefront of innovation and technology.
The iPad application will provide consumers access to the company’s past and most recent issues and Exec Digital’s website, stocked with up-to-date news, trends, and executive profiles.
“Being a digital company, it’s only logical to advance into the tablet market. Releasing an app for the iPad is yet another platform for our customers to access content and it will help expand the Exec Digital brand,” said Glen White, president and CEO of White Digital Media, the publication’s parent company. “Exec Digital continues to leverage technology to create quality and entertaining material for modern executives.”
The iPad app is only the first in a series of innovations the company plans to unveil within the next year. Talks of a beta-version iPhone app are brewing as well as diversifying outside of Apple to reach Microsoft and Google users through the company’s respective smartphones and tablets.
